May solusyon sa bad breath

ISA ka ba sa may mabahong hininga? O may kaibigan o kaanak ka ba na may bad breath, at kung minsan ay nahihiya tayong magsabi nito sa kanila at paano nila ito sosolusyunan.

Narito ang ilang solusyon para sa bad breath na dapat mong malaman.

1. Huwag kumain ng maraming bawang, sibuyas at sili

2. Huwag manigarilyo

3. Umiwas sa “spiced meats” tulad ng peppereoni, salami at longganisa

4. Umiwas sa mabaho o malansang isda tulad ng bagoong o alamang

5. Uminom na lang ng tubig kaysa kape, beer, o alak

6. Magmumog nang madalas

7. Magbaon ng sipilyo

8. Gumamit ng tongue cleaner

9. Ugaliing mag dental floss

10. Gumamit ng mouthwash
