VCM nagloko sa Bontoc, Southern Leyte

PANSAMANTALANG naantala ang botohan sa ilang bahagi ng Bontoc, Southern Leyte, nang magloko ang ilang vote counting machine (VCM).

Nag-“malfunction” ang dalawang unit ng VCM sa presinto ng Brgys. Hilaan at Buenavista, dakong alas-11 ng umaga, ayon sa pulisya.

Pinalitan ni election officer Laurence Irman Gelsano ang mga naturang makina.
