Nicko Falcis ayaw pa ring sumuko, legal team ni Kris may panawagan sa madlang pipol
NICKO FALCIS AT KRIS AQUINO
NO SHOW pa rin si Nicko Falcis sa ginanap na preliminary hearing para sa mga kasong isinampa sa kanya ni Kris Aquino.
Ayon sa mga legal counsel ng Social Media Queen, patuloy na binabalewala ni Falcis ang utos ng korte na dumalo sa itinakdang pagdinig ng kinakaharap niyang mga kaso.
Narito ang official statement ng legal team (Divina Law) ni Kris hinggil sa kaso, “As of today, March 20, 2019, we have confirmed that two warrants of arrest have been issued against Nicardo Falcis, one by Branch 70 of the Taguig Regional Trial Court for violation of Republic Act No. 8484, and another by Branch 17 of the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court for estafa.
“A hearing was scheduled today at Taguig RTC 70 upon motion of Falcis’ counsel, asking for reliefs from the court. However, when the case was called for hearing, Falcis was notably absent and was only represented by his counsel.
“In both cases, no bail has been posted as of date. Falcis remains at large and continues to defy court orders for him to surrender.
“If you have any information on Falcis’ whereabouts please inform any officer of the law or contact our office, Fortun Narvasa & Salazar at (02) 8128670.”
Sa kanyang Instagram account naman, ipinost ni Kris ang video ni Atty. Enrique dela Cruz, senior partner ng Divina Law kung saan ito nagbigay ng update sa kaso.
Nilagyan niya ito ng caption na, “Wisdom is knowing that my emotions affect my judgment… it has also taught me that when being provoked, my enemies cause harm and malign people they know matter to me… after this posting everything about my ongoing legal battles won’t appear on my feed.
“@atty_buko, Atty Enrique dela Cruz, senior partner DIVINA LAW (on FB he is Buko dela Cruz) will speak on my behalf to update all of you about what’s happening.
“As i said, hindi ito trial by publicity, social media, or followers. This is respect for the Philippine judicial system & respect for the honorable men & women of the DOJ, the RTCs, Courts of Appeal, all the way to the Supreme Court.
“Nanahimik po ako sa nangyari sa Makati at Pasig, hindi namersonal, ginalang ang desisyon at sinunod ang tamang proseso. I shall end there because alam kong matalino kayo. Lahat ng binato sa ‘kin na power tripping my actions & the steps taken by my legal teams have proven all allegations WRONG. No need to ask questions that have very obvious answers.”
Samantala, kinontra naman ng legal counsel ni Falcis ang desisyon ng Taguig Prosecutor’s Office na idiin ang dating business associate ni Kris sa kasong estafa at credit card fraud.
Ayon sa abogado ni Falcis na si Regidor Ponferrada, iaapela nilang mabawi ang warrant of arrest laban sa kanyang kliyente.
