Problema mo ba ang co-employee na maingay?

Alan Tanjusay - February 12, 2019 - 12:10 AM

TO protect the welfare of workers, may batas ang labor department kung hanggang saan lamang ang allowable na ingay ng makina sa loob ng workplace.

The labor department orders the company to provide standard earplugs to workers if the noise level is above tolerable level.

Isang occupational safety and health issue kung sakaling maapektuhan ang pandinig ng isang empleyado dahil sa ingay sa kompaya. Pinagbabayad din ang employer kapag naulit ang violation.

However, there is no regulation that governs noisy co-employee. Bihira din ang mga company na may policy tungkol sa mga maiingay na co-worker.

So, what do we do if you have a noisy co-employee? Boom! Relate ka rito no?

Basically, kung hindi na makuha sa biro at mukhang di na tinatablan sa pasaring ang isang maingay na empleyado, anong better way to address this?

You may take up the matter with your Human Resource director and let the HR deal with the issue.
The HR, without revealing the name of the complainant, may summon the noisy employee and confront the employee to reform.

Hindi naman ma-sama kung may madaldal na co- employee paminsan minsan. But workplace is no longer healthy if noisy co-employee become persistent at nakak-aistorbo na sa productivity ng bawat isa.
