Telecommuting work scheme, heto na!

Alan Tanjusay - January 15, 2019 - 12:16 AM

Gagawin ng Labor department with the help of the labor and employers groups ang IRR.

Telecommuting work scheme law will allow workers to perform duties and responsibilities away from the office, provided the employee and the employer shall agree to such arrangement.

Under the new law, maari pa rin bumuo ng unyon at makipag-collectively bargain sa employer.

Maganda ito para sa mga manggagawa dahil maari nilang gamitin ang Internet at wifi services upang mag time-in at mag-time out from work from home or from outside office setting at di na makipagbuno sa traffic jams at other stresses in going to work.

Makakatipid din from unnecessary expenses.

However, it is important to note that this work arrangement will not work kapag inabuso. So very important ang transparency.

Pero take note that this scheme may not be applicable sa lahat ng industriya, depende sa employee at employer kung magkasundo.

The employee may submit telecommuting work arrangement with their human resource department or sa inyong boss.
