Sharon napaiyak nang makasama si Richard sa Ormoc
Nagpakatotoo si Sharon Cuneta sa mga sinabi niya about her co-stars sa “Three Words To Forver.”
“KathNiel fan ako, alam nila direk ‘yun pero hindi ko sila kilala. Mga gusto ko sila, like LizQuen. Si Daniel (Padilla) ay mas kilala ko kaysa kay Kathryn (Bernardo).
“Alam mo nakakatuwa na marinig mo sa halos lahat ng kilala mo sa ABS-CB na napakabait ng dalawang ‘yan (KathNiel), napakabait katrabaho and you don’t feel like that to everybody. Totoo nga. Kathryn is a good actress. Marami siyang ibinigay sa akin na hindi ko magagawa ‘yung ginawa ko kung wala siya.
“Tuwang-tuwa ako. I just have to say that I’ve worked with my original mommy in ‘Dear Heart’, tita Liza Lorena. And my tito Freddie Webb whom I’ve known when I was little kasi councilor siya ng daddy ko when he was a mayor. First time kong makasama si Joross (Gamboa), one of the wittiest, smartes guys.
“Kasi si Joross contributed so much sa pagiging happy ng movie na ito. He is my Happy. I always have my Happy if you know me. Napakabuting asawa, napakabuting ama. He’s very witty and very smart,” pahayag ni Sharon.
As for Richard Gomez na leading man niya, ito ang say ng Megastar, “After 15 years ang daming nangyari. We grew up together since our late teens, early twenties, the second decade of our lives. In 15 years we were not in touch. Siyempre, kanya-kanyang buhay na. I went to the States, ang daming nangyari, nagka-anak-anak.
“Nag-asawa na rin siya. Before you know it, 20 years married siya, ako 22. Hindi ko akalain na magiging mayor siya. Sabi ko, ‘di ba kasama mo lang si Joey (Marquez) at John (Estrada) noon? “‘Yung wala kayong ginawa kundi puro kalokohan. Because we were also together for a long time so alam ko naman kapag committed siya sa isang bagay like all his sports. I saw his trophies then, I don’t know how many trophies he has now.
“He commits himself and gives it a hundred percent kahit saan. I should have expected it when he became mayor of Ormoc because when he lost the first time, (I told him) ‘alam mo ang feeling ko dinaya ka.’
“I was there during the SOCA (State Of The City Address). Honestly mangiyak-ngiyak ako sa proud sa kanya because a lot of the place now are drug-free, it is beautiful, it’s clean and ang bait pa ng mga tao.
‘Yung pinagsyutingan pa namin, half an hour from the city, ang lamig tapos ang linis ng hangin.
“It’s so progressive. It’s the richest city in eastern Visayas now. My God, in three short years. I never used to hear Ormoc until she married her (Lucy Torres-Gomez). It’s my Richard who did this in three years,” papuri ni Sharon kay Goma.
