Meron lang po sana akong itatanong. Paano po ba mag-process ng complain sa dati kong employer.
Nine months po akong team leader sa isang franchise store then eight months po akong supervisor sa one year at six months po wala po kaming holiday.
Last year din po lahat ng 31 sa calendar hindi po binabayaran dahil fix po ang sahod namin na P4500 sa 13 days even benefits namin last year wala pong hulog ito pong 2018 dahil ako po ang gumagawa ng payroll.
Noong Aug. 31, sinasama ko sa payroll pero holidays wala pa rin po.
Hindi naman po sana ako magpa-file ng complaint pero super unfair naman po sa akin yung ginawa
niya incentives ko po ng Aug. ay hindi po ibinigay.
Nag ask po ako regarding po sa 13th month ko base sa text niya, wala po siyang balak na bigyan ako. Sana po ay matulungan ninyo po ako. salamat Good day po .
REPLY: Please advise the concerned employee- to correct and to check the compliance status of the company where he/she is working with, request for inspection can be the most favorable action to stop/correct the alleged practices of the said company.
Let the employee file the request personally at DOLE field
office which has jurisdiction over the matter.
One option she could consider
is to file a complaint at the same office so his/her reported concern would be given appropriate action by DOLE field office. Thank you.
