Muling masisilayan ng fans ng Wishful 5 ang isa sa most memorable moments ng kanilang music journey.
Ngayong Linggo, July 15, ipalalabas sa ABS-CBN Sunday’s Best ang two-hour special ng grupo kung saan ipapakita ang kanilang victorious stint hanggang sa paglalabas nila ng kanilang debut record titled, “Wishful Journey”.
Kasama ang limang miyembro na sina Princess Sevillena, Kimberly Baluzo, Louie Anne Culala, Carmela Ariola at Ace Bartolome, nagpasya ang grupo na pumirma ng recording deal sa Star Music.
Katuwang rin ng Wishful 5 ang Breakthrough and Milestones Production International (BMPI) na siyang content provider ng Wish 107.5.
Unang nakapaglabas ng “historic” album ang Wishful 5 na mainit na tinanggap ng fans, nakatanggap na rin ito ng Gold at Platinum Record awards habang nasa kanilang concert sa Araneta Coliseum noong June 19.
Ayon sa Star Music Head for Audio Content na si Jonathan Manalo, “This is the first time that a new artist signed our label received this much support. Their fans are very loyal.”
Inalok rin ng BMPI ang rising stars na pumirma ng five-year management contract through the BMPI Talent Center.
Ang Wishful 5 ay produkto ng online singing competition ng Wish 107.5 na umere noong September, 2017 hanggang March 2018.
