Anne delikado kina Vice, Bossing at Coco sa 2018 MMFF

MASARAP sanang pakinggan ang sinabi ni Anne Curtis na walang kumpetisyon sa kanila nina Vice Ganda at Coco Martin sa darating na 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Kesyo meron daw silang kani-kanyang “audience,” but we have to remind Anne na ang film festival, no matter where you look at it, always poses competition.

Sa umpisa pa lang ng screening ng mga entries, may kumpetisyon na. Then siyempre, ang final product nila na ilalako at ipu-promote sa tao ay may patalbugan ng istorya, ng production, ng cast members at kahit sa parada, siguradong may labanan. Isama pa riyan ang promo ng kanilang mga entry.

Kung ang pelikula ay gawa ng isang major film outfit gaya ng Star Cinema na may sariling TV at radio stations, may malakas na social media entities at may print publication, plus may mga artistang napakadaling makita sa iba’t ibang shows, aba, lamang na lamang sila over the other entries, di ba?

Kaya nga ang least promoted film at umaasa lang sa “paki” at mas maliit ang budget para sabayan ang promo ng big entries, tiyak ding maliit ang take home.

Unless, super ganda at bongga ang word of mouth at mismong moviegoers na ang magkusang tangkilikin ito, du’n may laban ang isang entry.

Alam din kaya ni Anne na may mga “sacred” practices ang mga shows pagdating sa pag-accomodate ng artists na magpu-promote sa kanilang entry?

Kaya nga gusto talaga naming makita kung paanong “babaliin” ng TV host-actress ang powers ni Vice Ganda sa It’s Showtime come promo period of their entries.

Hindi kaya sa 10 spiels ni Vice promoting his movie, eh suwerte nang makaisa si Anne? Wanna Bet?
