Ruffa may napansin sa kutis ni Duterte: Charming siya!
NAPANSIN agad ni Ruffa Gutierrez ang karisma at kutis ni President Rodrigo Duterte nang magkita sila sa isang event sa Cebu City recently. Impressed siya sa ating Presidente lalo na nu’ng kumanta ito ng “Ikaw” na kinunan pa niya ng video.
“It was my first time to meet President Duterte and honestly speaking he is more charming in person. We only exchanged brief pleasantries cuz ang daming nagpapapicture but I noticed he has good skin & can sing! Watch this & let me know if you agree,” tweet ni Ruffa.
After magkaroon ng picture kay PDigong, may kuha rin si Rufing na kasama ang dating Pangulo na si Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Huli raw siyang nagkaroon ng litrato kasama si PGMA noong Bise Presidente pa ito (1998).
