BI magtatalaga ng mas maraming personnel sa Naia para sa Holy Week
INIHAYAG ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang pagtatalaga ng mas maraming opisyal sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) para matiyak na sapat ang mga personnel na nasa mga counter ng departure area at arrival area ng airport.
Sinabi ni BI commissioner Jaime Morente na inatasan na niya si Port Operations Divison chief Marc Red Mariñas sigurihin ang paghahanda sa harap naman ng inaasahang malaking bilang ng mga maglalakbay para sa Holy Week.
“I will sign the personnel orders reassigning them to the Naia so as to minimize, if not totally prevent, long queues of passengers in our counters,” sabi ni Morente.
Pinayuhan naman ni Morente ang mga pasahero na maagang dumating sa airport para matiyak na hindi sila mahuhuli sa kani-kanilang flight.
“We assure the traveling public that we have enough personnel to man our booths at the airport during the holidays,” dagdag ni Morente.
