DOJ kinasuhan ang 3 pulis Caloocan kaugnay ng pagpatay kay Kian

PORMAL nang sinampahan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ng patong-patong na kaso ang tatlong miyembro ng Caloocan police kaugnay ng pagpatay sa 17-anyos na si Kian Loyd delos Santos.

Kabilang sa mga kinasuhan sa Caloocan court ay sina Police Officer 3 (PO3) Arnel G. Oares, PO1 Jeremias T. Pereda at PO1 Jerwin Cruz, gayun din ang sibilyan na si Renato Perez Loveras alyas ‘Nono’ o ‘Nonong,’ ang asset na nagturo kay Kian bilang pusher.

Nahaharap ang apat sa kasong murder, paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act dahil sa pagtatanim ng droga at RA 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act o pagtatanim ng baril.
Binanggit ng resolusyon ng DOJ ang mga testimonya ng mga testigo, kabilang na ang isang menor-de-edad, na pawang sinabi na nakita nilang kinausap ng mga pulis si Kian bago siya kinaladkad sa Tullahan River.

“Forensic results from the PNP and PAO prove an indisputable conclusion that Kian was shot while in somewhat kneeling/fetal position,” sabi ng resolusyon ng DOJ.
Kinasuhan din sina Pereda at Cruz ng paglabag sa domicile matapos pasukin ang bahay nina Kian ng walang search warrant.
