Binay isinusulong ang libre, discounted movie tickets para sa mga sundalo
ISINULONG ni Sen. Nancy Binay ang libre o may diskwentong panonood ng sine para sa mga sundalo.
Inihain ni Binay ang Senate Bill No. 116, na naglalayong magbigay ng diskwento sa buwis sa mga teatro at sine na magbibigay ng libre o may diskwentong bayad para sa mga miyembro ng militar.
“In addition to the tax deduction under Section 3, the incentives granted by theaters and cinemas shall be exempt from any amusement tax under the National Internal Revenue Code or any tax of similar nature on such kind of incentive that may be imposed by Local Government Units under the law,” dagdag pa ni Binay sa kanyang panukala.
Nauna nang binigyan ng pamunuan ng Light Rail Transit -2 (LRT2) ng libreng sakay ang lahat ng sundalo hanggang sa katapusan ng 2018.
