Lacson nais ma-expel ang isang senador na dadalo sa House con-ass

NAIS ni Sen. Panfilo Lacson  na ma-expel ang sino mang senador dadalo sa panukala ng Kamara na constituent assembly (con-Ass), ayon kay Minority Leader Franklin Drilon.

Idinagdag ni Drilon na isinulong ito ni Lacson sa isinagawang caucus ng mga senador noong Martes.

“There was a proposal yesterday by Senator Lacson to expel whoever that member is, there was no dissent. The point is that it manifests the sentiment, strong sentiments of the senators in so far as voting separately or jointly,” sabi ni Drilon.

Kinumpirma naman ito ni Lacson.

“I did suggest that yesterday after we all agreed to close ranks as one body. Nobody objected,” sabi ni Lacson sa isang text message.

“Anyway, as of yesterday, wala namang may plano. I was just concerned that in case of that remote possibility na meron in the future, he or she cannot escape a misdmeed that borders on treachery to our senate as an institution. We can use our mechanism in the ethics committee to execute my proposal,” sabi pa ni Lacson.

Sinabi naman ni Drilon  na magdedesisyon ang mga senador na bahagi ng minorya kung susuportahan ang mosyon ni Lacson sakaling maging pormal na ito.
