Aguirre nais na may makasuhan sa sunog sa mall sa Davao City
INATASAN ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na sampahan ng kaso ang mga mapapatunayang may pananagutan sa sunog sa mall sa Davao City kung saan 37 katao ang namatay.
“NBI will enable us to make those responsible fully accountable before our courts via the criminal cases that will be filed. By punishing those responsible, we can set an example to others so that, hopefully, there will be no repetition of these tragedies,” sabi ni Aguirre.
Umabot sa 37 ang namatay matapos masunog ang NCCC mall sa Davao City noong Sabado, Disyembre 23, 2017.
Karamihan sa mga nasawi ay mga empleyado ng BPO firm SSI, na nag-oopisina sa pinakataas na palapag ng mall.
“The loss of lives and the resulting damage caused underscore the need to determine if someone is at fault and should be held criminally liable,” ayon pa kay Aguirre.
