Peace talks sa CPP-NPA-NDF kinansela na

- November 22, 2017 - 04:09 PM

INIHAYAG ni Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza ang kanselasyon ng usapang pangkapayapaan sa Communist Party of the Philippines matapos namang atasan ni Pangulong Duterte.

“We are hereby announcing today the cancellation of all planned meetings with the CPP/NPA/NDF (Communist Party of the Philippines/New People’s Army/National Democratic Front) in line withe President Duterte directive tha there will be no mo peace talks with them,” sabi ni Dureza.

“Recent tragic and vioent incidents all over the country committed by the communist rebels left the President with no other choice but to arrive at this decision. We take guidance from the President’s recent annoucements and declarations,” dagdag ni Dureza.

“President Duterte has taken unprecedented steps and has walked the so-called extra mile to bring peace. However the communist party and its armed elements habe not shown reciprocity,” ayon pa kay Dureza.
