“Movant seeks the permission of this Honorable Court to allow him to travel to Israel for a spiritually-charged pilgrimage. The aforesaid pilgrimage will be the last one led by Father Francis Gustilo, the former Father Provincial of the Salesian Fathers is also the spiritual facilitator of Movant’s regular Tuesday Bible meetings at the Don Bosco Center in Makati.” “To make the occasion worthwhile and memorable, Movant will be joined by his immediate family, notably his wife, Dra. Elenita S. Binay, his children, his grandchildren and in-laws in the faith-filled journey to the Holy Land.”
