Magnitude 4.8 lindol sa Western Samar

Niyanig ng magnitude 4.8 lindol ang Western Samar kaninang umaga.
Ayon sa Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology naramdaman ang lindol alas-9:42 ng umaga.
Ang sentro nito ay 28 kilometro sa silangan ng Catbalogan at may lalim na 30 kilometro. Sanhi ito ng paggalaw ng tectonic plate sa lugar.
Nagdulot ito ng Intensity IV paggalaw sa Catbalogan City. Intensity III naman sa bayan ng Pagsanghan.
Walang inaasahang aftershock o pinsala ang paggalaw na ito.
