Protesta ni Vargas ibabasura?

Angelito Oredo - October 27, 2016 - 11:00 PM

SAAN pupulutin ang protesta ni Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) presidential candidate at Association of Boxing Alliances in the Philippines (ABAP) president Victorico ‘Ricky’ Vargas?

“Where will they file the protest? They will submit their protest to the same election committee that disqualified them and then what? They will go next to the executive committee which is composed of their rival candidates and then the general assembly?” sabi ng opisyal na tumangging magpakilala. “And their last resort, the Court of Arbitration of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).”

7 Rep. Abraham ‘Bambol’ Tolentino.

Sinabi ni Elizalde na hindi natugunan nina Vargas at Tolentino ang election requirement na binuo sa nakalipas na termino ni Cojuangco na nasa Article 7 Section 11 ng POC constitution and by-laws para sa kanilang mga tinatakbuhang posisyon na dapat aniya ay “an active member of the POC general assembly for two consecutive years at the time of their election.”

“As per records of attendance, I regret to advise that they did not comply with the attendance in general assembly,” sabi ni Elizalde.
