NBI iniimbestigahan na ang drug lord na si ‘Peter Lim’
INIIMBESTIGAHAN na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang pagkakakilanlan ni “Peter Lim,” isa sa mga drug lord na pinangalanan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na umano’y tumatanggap ng proteksyon sa isang retiradong heneral.
“The NBI are doing what needs to be done, to establish the identity, to establish culpability,” sabi ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre.
Nauna nang sinabi ni Duterte na bahagi si Lim ng isang triad, kasama sina Peter Co o Wu Tuan at Herbert “Ampang” Colangco.
Nakipagkita si Duterte kay Peter Lim na nakabase sa Cebu.
Tinatayang 400 ang sinasabing may pangalan na “Peter Lim” sa Cebu, samantalang aabot naman sa 4,000 ang pangalang “Peter Lim” sa buong bansa.
“Once there is evidence of culpability, then, we are going to investigate after they file the case before the DOJ,” dagdag ni Aguirre.
