Ex-VP Binay nagpiyansa ng P376-K kaugnay ng kaso sa Makati car park
NAGPIYANSA kahapon si dating Vice President Jejomar Binay ng kabuuang P376,000 sa Sandiganbayan kaugnay ng kasong malversation, graft at falsification of public document hinggil sa umano’y maanomalyang P2.28 bilyong Makati car park building.
Dumating si Binay sa anti-graft court Third Division ganap na alas-2 ng hapon para magbayad ng kabuuang P376,000 piyansa.
Nauna nang itinakda ng Sandiganbayan ang P40,000 para sa kada isang count ng malversation; P30,000 para sa kadang kaso ng graft at P24,000 para sa kada isang count ng falsification of public documents.
