“After his week-long sorties in Tarlac, Metro Manila, and Tuguegarao, our presidential candidate Rody Duterte fell ill yesterday and had migraine. He had to skip his meeting with doctors in Ortigas as he was advised to take a rest. His vice presidential running mate Sen. Alan Cayetano ably filled in for him,” sabi ni Laviña.

“Duterte is OK, according to his close aide Christopher Bong Go,” dagdag ni Laviña.

“He will continue his rest and there had been advisory to reset his scheduled meetings with two groups in Davao City,” ayon pa sa kay Laviña.

“Duterte has been very frank and open about his health. He had gone through over a year in his Listening Tour and leading to this campaign and he has exhibited high spirits and good health in spite of the rigors of these road trips. This is a clear proof of this ability and capability health-wise to continue on in his quest for genuine change for a better life for our fellow Filipinos here and abroad,” sabi pa ni Laviña.
