Bella Cariaso - November 12, 2015 - 01:30 PM

“Yes that is true. Part of how we can secure leaders as they go, leaders’ convoy as they traverse Roxas Boulevard from their hotels coming in to PICC is to have windows closed, and this is a basic security practice worldwide,” sabi ni Paynor.

“So we ask everyone’s cooperation and patience and indulgence and we request that they all show the Filipino brand of hospitality that we are well known for.o We hope that they are able to successfully conclude APEC 2015 with the Leaders’ Declaration being finalized during the Leaders’ Retreat and meeting on the 19th,” ayon pa kay Paynor.

“There is no doubt that many of us will be inconvenienced, but that is part of the hosting. It just so happens that in this particular case we are hosting APEC here in our capital,” dagdag ni Paynor.
