Nag-swimming ang tatlo sa ilog na malapit sa detour bridge, at lumabas sa imbestigasyon na pawang mga di pala sila marunong lumangoy, ani Fajardo.
Isinugod ng mga pulis at volunteer ang mga binatilyo sa Luis Hora Memorial Hospital ng Bauko matapos silang marecover, ngunit idineklarang patay ng mga doktor ang tatlo, aniya.
