NORA Something has really lost her charisma. She’s now a box office poison. We’re saying this because her latest movie, the one directed by Brillante Mendoza, was not screened as scheduled. Wala raw kasing bumili ng ticket para manood.
One movie writer and reviewer went to a mall to see Nora’s movie but he was disappointed to learn na na-cancel ang movie dahil wala ibang manonood kundi siya lang. Na-cancel din ang screening nito sa iba pang mga sinehan.
Where are Nora’s avid fans? Bakit tila pinabayaan nila ang kanilang idol to think na todo suporta sila rito noong magwagi ito ng award recently. Bakit iniwan nila sa ere ang laos na Superstar? Clearly, hindi na panahon ni Ate Guy ngayon. Wala na siyang supporters like before na dinudumog ang kanyang mga palabas.
Parang first time nangyari na na-cancel ang first-day screening ng isang movie. Ang usual kasi, first day, last day ang ganap pero this time iba ang scenario. Sayang naman kung hindi mapapanood ng fans ni Ate Guy ang ipinagmamalaking movie ni Brillante.
