Talunang senatorial bet inakusahan si Poe ng misrepresentation

SINAMPAHAN ng reklamong misrepresentation ni dating Kapatiran senatorial candidate Lito David si Sen. Grace Poe sa Commission on Elections (Comelec).
Isinampa ni David ang reklamo sa law department ng Comelec.
Idinagdag ni David na misrepresentation ang ginawa ni Poe nang maghain siya ng Certificate of Candidacy (COC) noong 2013 kung saan sinabi niya na siya ay isang natural born citizen kahit na hindi ito totoo.
“She’s not eligible to run (for the Senate),” ayon pa kay David.
Sinabihan din ni David ang kanyang mga kritiko na itigil na ang mga akusasyon na isang makapangyarihang pulitiko ang nasa likod niya,
“This is my own initiative. No politician is behind me,” idinagdag ni David.
