KAHIT na may sakit si Kris Aquino ay hindi niya natiis na hindi sagutin ang isa sa follower niya na sinabihan siyang, “Very powerful ang pera sa ‘yo.”

Ilang araw nang masama ang pakiramdam ng TV host-actress pero pinipilit pa rin niyang mag-taping ng Kris TV at mag-shooting para sa “Etiquette For Mistresses” kasama sina Kim Chiu, Claudine Barretto at marami pang iba dahil nga naghahabol sila ng September playdate. Kahapon, hindi na nakayanan ni Kris na siputin ang scheduled taping niya sa Kris TV kaya nag-post siya sa Instagram ng, “I got up to drink milk so that I can take my medicines and re-apply Vicks on my feet and put warm, Japanese style socks on. Will go back to sleep.” Nag-post naman ang isa sa follower ni Kris na si @sbaluyot ng, “God said, ingatan mo ang sarili mo at iingatan ka but if you abused it, that’s different story may kalalagyan ka and that’s too bad. You don’t have time to listen what your body saying money-money that’s what you want. Very powerful ang pera sa iyo, sad to say. Good luck.” Hindi nga nagustuhan ni Kris ang sinabi ng netizen kaya agad niya itong sinagot, “@sbaluyot-you deserve a reply because you are so judgmental na wala sa lugar. If I didn’t show up for work, did you think how many people in the production & the crew wouldn’t get paid? If I packed up my taping for Kris TV or my movie, how many of the staff and crew who get paid daily won’t have their salary? “This is the truth – I am rich, my sons are provided for but I have a responsibility to those I work for & those I work with. And that is not being selfish but knowing the value of hard work & pakikisama. “Masaya bang mag-work na ubo ng ubo & with fever? Ang LAKAS ng loob mo to judge me when your account is on private. I was raised with the right work ethics & the courage to stand by my values-judge me again when you’ve gained some of that.” Maya-maya ay nagpaliwanag si Kris kung bakit niya pinatulan si @sbaluyot, “Taking antibiotics, not feeling well that’s why pumatol. I was raised to respect & value my co-workers & their contributions to my success, and that means making sure all we earn & take home a salary for our families and & loved ones. I wish I had the luxury of listening to my body & giving myself 2 weeks of total rest. “But @kristvofficial_ig is daily & #EtiquetteForMistresses is aiming for a September play date. Kung pera lang ang motivation ko, pinahinga ko na ‘to. U have no mortgages to pay, I have a few businesses that are already earning.
