JAMES YAP sinisi ng abogado ni KRIS, dedma raw kay BIMBY

NILINAW kahapon ng kampo ng Queen of All Media na si Kris Aquino ang naging pahayag ng abogado ni James Yap na si Atty. Lorna Kapunan tungkol sa visitation rights ng PBA player sa kanilang anak na si Bimby.

Ayon kasi sa legal counsel ni James, nilabag daw ng TV host-actress ang utos ng korte na may kinalaman sa pagbisita ng basketball player kay Bimby.

“I make this an appeal on air na sana sundin naman niya (Kris) yung visitation orders because from…napag-agree na ‘yan, e. Ginawa ngang easy for the son, ‘no… for both parties and the son to see the father.

E, hanggang ngayon, hindi pa rin sinusunod,” ang pahayag ni Atty. Kapunan. Sa statement namang ipinadala ng abugado ni Kris na si Atty. Sigfrid Fortun sa News5 ng TV5, nilinaw nitong ipinag-utos daw ng korte na susunduin ni James si Bimby, subalit wala raw natatanggap na message si Kris mula sa dating asawa tungkol dito.

Sabi pa ng abogado ng aktres, sinusunod ni Kris ang lahat ng nakasaad sa court order. Bukod dito, wala rin daw intensiyon ang TV host na suwayin ang utos ng korte, at lalong hindi niya ipinagdadamot si Bimby sa ama nito.

Narito ang kabuuan ng statement mula kay Atty. Fortun: “The court order on visitation requires James to fetch Bimby in his residence.

“Kris has been waiting for James to tell her what time he is fetching their son. She has received no messages from James to this effect.

“Kris is compliant with all court orders relating to visitation and she has no intention of violating those or depriving James of his right to be with his son.”
