PATAY ang isang traffic enforcer matapos pagbabarilin matapos makaaway ang isang motorista dahil sa paglabag sa batas trapiko sa San Pablo City, Laguna.
Sinabi ni San Pable City police chief Supt. Danilo Mendoza na nangyari ang insidente ganap na alas-8 ng umaga sa kahabaan ng Regidor st., Barangay VII-E habang naka-duty ang biktimang si Manuel Reazo.
“Our investigators are still out in the area but (initially) we are looking at a traffic altercation as the motive. The suspect was accosted for a traffic violation and he came back (to shoot the enforcer),” sabi ni Mendoza.
Namatay si Reazo habang dinadala sa isang ospital samantalang tumakas ang salarin papunta sa palengke, ayon sa mga testigo.
Hindi pa malinaw kung kailan nangyari ang away sa pagitan ng biktima at ng motorista at kung ano ang paglabag ng suspek.
