MATTEO GUIDICELLI

MATTEO Guidicelli fumed when a woman claimed that his De Gianni Cucina Italiana’s Panna Cotta was not genuine.

“Unremarkable food. I am a fan of panna cotta, but to think that this restaurant claims to be authentic, it’s as close to failure. If it wasn’t for Matteo this could be 1 on my rating,” came the woman’s food review.

“I’ll educate you in Italian food. But this person…She’s ignorant in my opinion. If anyone knows her pls tag her, thanks,” was Matteo’s reply.

Marami mang bumatikos kay Matteo for reacting that way, mas marami ang nagtanggol sa kanya.

“The Italian Food is different from the Filipino food, the panna cotta of Matteo’s restaurant is pure Italian ingredients! Most Panna Cotta now iniiba nila yung lasa, like ginawagang Filipino taste ng kunti.”

When I was in Italy nga, di ko makain yung risotto and yung mga pasta parang mas gusto ko pa gawa dito.”

So sino ngayon ang mali?”
