Abad inireklamo ng plunder, graft

Inireklamo ng plunder sa Office of the Ombudsman si Budget Sec. Florencio Abad kaugnay ng pagpapatupad ng Disbursement Acceleration Program na nauna ng idineklarang unconstitutional ng Korte Suprema.
Bukod sa plunder, inireklamo rin ni Bonifacio Alentajan, dating pangulo ng Philippine Constitutional Association, si Abad ng paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, paglabag sa Usurpation of legislative power and authority at Obstruction of Justice.
Ipinasususpendi rin ni Alentajan si Abad upang maprotekatahan umano ang mga ebidensya na magagamit sa kaso.
“Upon filing of this Criminal Complaint, respondent Sec. Florencio Abad be placed under preventive suspension so he will not have access to public documents involved in this case pursuant to existing laws and regulations,” saad ng siyam na pahinang reklamo.
Ang reklamo ni Alentajan ay nag-ugat sa privilege speech ni Sen. Jinggoy Estrada na nagsabi na nakatanggap ng P50 milyon ang 19 na senador na bumoto pabor sa paghatol kay Supreme Court chief justice Renato Corona sa impeachment court.
“The revelation of Sen. Estrada and the reactions of Sec. Abad and the DBM brought the DAP to the consciousness of the Nation for the first time, and made this present controversy inevitable,” saad ng reklamo.
Inamin umano ni Abad na nagbigay ng pondo sa mga senador sa ilalim ng DAP. Ginawa umano ito upang pabilisin ang paggastos ng gobyerno na maganda sa ekonomiya.
Ang pondo ay inilabas umano bilang tugon sa mga sagot ng sulat ng mga senador.
