Sa over-all ranking, nasa 37th place ang It’s Showtime host na si Anne, with 8 million Twitter followers. Sinundan niya si Beyonce na nasa 36th place na may 14 million followers.
Nasa 87th place naman si Angel, na may mahigit 6 million followers. Sinundan naman niya ang author ng “Harry Potter” book na J.K. Rowling na nasa 86th place with 4.7 million followers.
