RUMESBAK kahapon si Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte kay Justice Secretary Leila de Lima kung saan inakusahan niya ito ng pagdukot kay dating pangulo at ngayon ay Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
“She arrested Arroyo and husband at the airport and did not allow them to fly out. At that time, there was not yet a case filed in court,” sabi ni Duterte sa kanyang “Gikan sa Masa, Para sa Masa.”
Matatandaang noong Nobyembre 2011, pasakay na sana ng eroplano si Arroyo at ang kanyang asawa para magpagamot sa ibang bansa ngunit hindi sila pinayagang makaalis.
“Actually, what they did was they kidnapped or forced the Arroyos to go with them,” giit ni Duterte.
Idinagdag pa ni Duterte na may dokumento siya kaugnay ng mga umano’y anomalya sa loob ng New Bilibid Prisons sa Muntinlupa, na nasa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng Department of Justice (DOJ).
“I have the records already. If she has the NBI, I also have my own. They let prisoners out for kidnapping purposes and holdup, and then they go on a furlough. Furlough is vacation from jail. And they are into kidnapping and holdup, then they go back in and they share the loot with prison officials. I am only wondering, what about the DOJ secretary?” sabi pa ni Duterte. — Inquirer
