Got an interesting report from Pulse Asia patungkol sa top senate bet for next year’s election.
Bukod sa mga current senators, it’s also a mix of celebrities from showbiz and news media pero ang nangunguna, si Sen. Loren Legarda.
Nearly six out of 10 (58.5%) Filipinos would vote for Legarda if the elections were held at the time the survey was conducted from Feb. 26 to March 9.
Ang ginamit ng Pulse Asia sa survey, Elections: Senatorial Preference used face-to-face interviews of 1,200 representative adults 18 years old and above.
Pumangalawa lang kay Sen. Loren si Sen. Francis Escudero with 52.7%, followed by former senator and now Transportation Secretary Mar Roxas (41.8; rank 3-5), Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano (41.6, rank 3-5) and Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile (38.2, rank 3-7).
Ito ang ibang interesting top choices, actress/ TV host and presidential sister Kris Aquino (20.7%); game show host Willie Revillame (20.2%); actress Sharon Cuneta (17%); MTRCB chair Grace Poe (12.7%); former defense secretary Gilbert Teodoro (11.8%); news anchor Mike Enriquez (11%) and actors Richard Gomez (10.8%) and Edu Manzano (8.9%).
