PROMO MECHANICS
1. This promo is open to all readers of Inquirer Bandera nationwide.
2. Promo period: Nov. 18, 2014- Jan. 17, 2015.
3. Participants must look for the “Bandera Sing It, Ka-tropa” coupon which may be found in different pages of Bandera. Each coupon which will be printed daily will have a portion of a song with missing lyrics.
4. One (1) coupon will be published from Monday to Sunday. The coupon will have a different portion of song with missing lyrics per day.
5. Participants must be a Globe, Smart, Talk ‘N Text or Sun subscribers. To join, they need to register first and then submit the missing lyrics via text/SMS.

6. To register for the promo, participants need to text the required information to 4467 following the syntax below. They will then receive a confirmation message from Inquirer Bandera acknowledging their mobile phone number’s registration to the promo.

7. To earn an entry via SMS/text: Once the participant finds the promo coupon in Bandera, he/she can send in the following information to 4467 in the correct format and sequence as shown below:

“Salamat. Ang iyong text ay natanggap na. Gupitin at itago ang “SING IT, KA-TROPA” coupon. Ito ang iyong proof of entry. Maaari pang magpadala ng ibang entry. Bumili uli ng Bandera at i-text ang sagot . Araw-araw mag-text at baka ikaw ang manalo. P2.50/text for Smart & Globe subscribers and P2 for Sun. Promo runs Nov. 18, 2014-Jan. 17, 2015. 8. All information sent will be kept confidential and will be used solely for this promo service.
9. Registration to this promo is only once and is free of charge. One text is equivalent to one entry. Sending of entry is P2.50/text for Smart and Globe and P2 for Sun. Bandera shall consider the entry-sender as the owner of the SIM card.
10. A registered participant is allowed to send one entry/answer per day. He/she can send additional entry in the succeeding days, but the entry to be submitted should have a unique/different answer/lyrics and should not be a duplication of the previous answer/lyrics. Any attempt to send additional entry using the same answer to the missing lyrics will not be recognized and accepted for the promo.
11. Entries using any of answer for the missing lyrics, regardless of publication date, shall be valid during the entire promo period.
12. “Bandera Sing It, Ka-tropa!” Guess the missing lyrics promo coupon must be cut out and kept to be shown as proof of purchase in the event that the participant’s entry is chosen in the draw.
13. Entries will be drawn via electronic raffle on January 20, 2015.

15. Winners shall be notified by Bandera through registered mail, phonecall and text/SMS.
16. A participant can only win once but if selected more than once, the prize with higher value will be rewarded.
17. Cut-off date for sending entries: January 17, 2015, 11:59 P.M.
18. Draw will be held at Inquirer Publications, Inc. office (4/F MRP Bldg., Mola St., cor. Pasong Tirad, Makati City) to be facilitated by IPI and Megamobile staff in the presence of a DTI representative.
19. The names of the promo winners will be published in Bandera a week after the draw date.
20. All winners below eighteen (18) years of age need to have their parent/s or legal guardian with them to claim their prize. Both the winner and parent/guardian should present valid ID. The latter should also present proof that s/he is the legal guardian of the winner.
21. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

Winners may claim their prize upon receipt of the registered mail from Bandera.
23. All winners must present the following to an authorized Inquirer Bandera representative:

Promo Coupon reflecting the winning entry (Bandera to notify the registrant’s winning entry).
IMPORTANT: Winner must keep the promo coupon as proof of purchase.

Two (2) valid IDs with complete name, picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the two documents (TIN ID, Passport, Voter’s ID, PRC License, SSS ID, Office/School ID, Driver’s License or Postal ID) should be submitted upon claiming of prize.

If the winner cannot claim the prize, he/she may send an authorized representative. Representative/proxy shall bring the promo coupon, 2 valid IDs, authorization letter and two (2) valid IDs of the winner.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification.
24. All prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail sent by Inquirer Publications, Inc.
25. Twenty percent (20%) tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by Inquirer Bandera.
26. All unclaimed prizes after the said date shall be forfeited in favor of Inquirer Publications, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
27. All employees of IPI, Megamobile, its sister companies under Inquirer Group and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
