SUMUKO kaninang umaga sa Sandiganbayan si Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. bago pa tuluyang mailabas ng korte ang arrest warrant laban sa kanya at mga kapwa akusadong sina Janet Lim Napoles at 31 iba pa kaugnay sa mga kasong plunder at graft bunsod ng kanilang pagkakasangkot sa P10 bilyon pork barrel scam.

Huwebes pa nang magawa ang arrest warrant laban kina Revilla, Napoles, Richard Cambe, Ronald John Lim, John Reymund De Asis, Mario Relampagos, Rosario Nuñez, Lalaine Paule, Marilou Bare, Antonio Ortiz, Dennis Cunanan, Francisco Figura, Ma. Rosalinda Lacsamana, Marivic Jover, Myla Ogerio, Eulogio Rodriguez, Laarni Uy, Consuelo Espiritu, Evelyn De Leon, Allan Javellana, Encamita Munsod, Maria Julie Johnson, Victor Roman Cacal, Maria Ninez Guanizo, Rhodora Mendoza, Gondolina Amata, Alexis Sevidal, Ofelia Ordonez, Sofia Cruz, Chita Jalandoni, Gregorio Buenaventura, Jocelyn Piorano at Evelyn Sucgang.

Pero hindi naman naisyu ang warrant laban sa mga akusado dahil hindi agad napirmahan ni Justice Efren Dela Cruz, chairman ng First Division, ang dokumento.

Matapos sumuko ay dinala si Revilla sa Camp Crame kung saan siya isinailalim sa mug-shot at  finger-print processing. Sinuri rin ang kanyang kalagayan.
