Kris Aquino is still obviously in pain. Hindi pa siya maka-get over sa ibinunyag ni Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista na they had an EPHEMERAL affair and that it was abruptly cut short because of his children.
Kris admitted na she caused the pack-up of her morning show, Kris TV. Posting a photo message which said, “Sometimes the girl who’s always been there for everyone else, needs someone to be there for her,” Kris announced on her Instagram account noong Tuesday na hindi siya okay.
“Just not okay today… Had to pack up my taping & won’t be in A&A Tonight… I’m sorry for needing this time for myself, I’m sorry @darlasauler that I just didn’t have the strength to make your birthday a festive day. Although super DAMI naman yung kinain mong alimango dito sa house from @eriksantos (triple rice di ba?)..

Nang manood kami ng Aquino & Abunda Tonight episode noong Tuesday ay wala nga si Kris, si tito Boy Abunda lang ang nag-interview kay Eric Quizon.
At dahil marahil na-hurt siya nang todo-todo sa revelation ni Mayor Herbert ay magpapahinga muna si Kris sa social media, meaning, wala muna siyang posting sa kanyang Instagram account.
“Back to work tomorrow (today) & back on IG once I’m sure that my broken heart is healed. Nahihiya lang akong mag pretend pa to be okay when I still have a long way to go. I owe you & I owe myself this HONESTY,” Kris said. (I feel ashamed that I have to pretend to be okay).
Noong June 6 lang inamin ni Mayor Herbert, sa kanyang one-on-one interview sa Bandila, na naging sila ni Kris for a short time at naghiwalay lang sila dahil mas pinili niya ang kanyang mga anak, something which infuriated Kris.
Kris seemingly reacted to Mayor Herbert’s statement with this one-liner, “Silence is better than bullshit”. Later, she explained why she’s mum on Mayor Herbert’s revelations.
“There is peace in keeping quiet kasi nga kagaya ng sinabi ni Boy Abunda, pag mainit pa ang sitwasyon at marami kang nabitawang salita pag kalmado na, pinahirapan mo lang ang sarili mo kasi ang dami mong kailangan walisin at ayusin (There is peace in keeping quiet because just like what Boy Abunda said, when the situation is hot, you tend to say a lot of things and after you have calmed down, you torture yourself because of the things you need to clear up).
“At 43 years old, finally learning when it’s best to just keep my mouth shut,” sabi ni Kris.
