Dawn, Richard may kilig factor pa rin

Napanood namin ang first five episode ng Walang Hanggan and we admire the way it was directed.

Almost seamless ang story bagama’t may shades of this and shades of that scene from a movie or two.

Hindi nakaka-bore panoorin ang teleserye although there are some predictable scenes. At ang maganda, na-establish na agad ang mga character sa first week episode at mabilis ang pacing ng mga eksena.

Sa unang scene pa lang ay panalo na dahil ang ganda ng photography.

The show was able to capture the beauty of a place na nagsilbing magandang backdrop ng teleserye.

The panoramic view of a hill and the verdant greens and abundant bushes around it brings to the fore the beauty of our country.

Ang ganda-ganda ng location ng teleseryeng ito which makes it more engaging to watch.

Magaling rin ang cast. Easily, Ms. Susan Roces stood out in her scenes as the ever kind aunt to Richard Gomez’s character.

Pinalakpakan ang eksena niya with Helen Gamboa who gave a near hysterical performance pero nakabawi siya sa second confrontation nila ni Susan.

We couldn’t deny the fact that Dawn Zulueta and Richard Gomez still have the chemistry which dates back almost two decades ago.

We believe na si Dawn na ang huling pinakamagandang aktres sa showbiz and based from what we heard during muted conversations ng mga katabi namin who gushed at the sight of Dawn’s beautiful aura, talaga naming hindi tumanda ang aktres.

Magaling ang ABS-CBN sa pag-package sa kanilang major stars and it was easily evident in the way they changed Coco Martin’s image.

From his angst-filled performance in his last soap bilang isang soldier at rebelde at the same time, in Walang Hanggan, Coco was made to appear as a high school student, college next but he passably took the challenge with aplomb.

In fairness, magaling talagang actor si Coco and a mere pa-cute scene suited him well.

Si Julia Montes na kontrabida sa Mara Clara ay magaling din bilang ka-loveteam ni Coco.

She possess the youthful charm of her character bilang isang bagets na on the verge of loving someone kahit na hindi sila magkauri.

Pinalakpakan din ang paglabas nila sa opening scene pa lang ng teleserye.

But what caught the collective attention of the viewers during the celebrity screening of Walang Hanggan was the young boy who played the young Coco.

Although we don’t know exactly kung sino siya, we commend him for giving a laudable performance bilang isang matapang na tagapagtanggol ng naaapi.

Ang cute-cute niya at bagama’t bata pa ay grabe sa galing ang performance.

Rita Avila’s performance is also worthy of admiration. Bilang girlfriend ni Goma whom he dumped at first only to marry later, naipakita ni Rita ang angst ng isang babaeng martir.

As a whole, Walang Hanggan is a soap not to be missed. Walang sinabi ang ibang soap diyan.
