Julie Bonifacio - May 21, 2014 - 03:00 AM

“It’s just me as a parent. I don’t think I could handle that,” lahad niya.

“I just can’t handle everything. I don’t know. I could not. I know myself. I don’t want to put pressure on them. It takes something else. I know my capabilities and I know who I am.

So, I know definitely na hindi ko kaya ‘yun. I could not do that,” esplika niya. Wish nga niya huwag sumunod sa mga yapak niya as a singer ang kanyang mga anak.

“He can be anything he want. Basta whatever your heart’s desire, whatever you want to be, just be there and just try to be the best.

Strive your very best always, that’s it,” anito. Alam  ni Bamboo na it’s a such a hard road ang pagiging singer at hindi raw ganoon kadali ang pumasok sa business na kinabibilangan niya.

“This business is not easy as they say especially when you are a recording artist, it takes perseverance. It takes something special. That’s something I don’t want, you know, plan on myself alone.

If they decide to do that, let it be but it will just happen lang,” ani Bamboo. Aminado naman si Bamboo na mas mahirap maging coach ngayon sa mga bata ng The Voice Kids at tinuturing niya na isa itong malaking hamon para sa kanya, “Sa adults, alam mo na ang direksyon kung saan sila as an artist.

Sa kids, gray area pa. So, I carefully listen to every child so I can give justice to their performance when I comment, whether I trun around or not.”
