INAPRUBAHAN ng Department of Justice (DOJ)  ang pagsasampa ng kasong serious illegal detention laban sa negosyanteng si Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo at ilan pang indibidwal kaugnay sa pambubugbog sa aktor/comedian na si Vhong Navarro noong Enero.

Samantala, ibinasura naman ng DOJ ang reklamong rape ni Deniece laban kay Vhong.
