“She thought about it for a long time. She did it to express her pain, but not to the point of hurting other people,” ani Boy. “It was a struggle for her. I respect her decision. I honor her pain.
Like all of us, she has the right to express herself. I could just imagine how hard it must have been for her to do the interview.”
Inamin ni Boy na ayaw din niyang gawin ang interview. “It was one of the most difficult I’ve had. It was hard because I knew how devastated KC was. She’s in so much pain. During the interview, the flow of tears just wouldn’t stop.”
‘ROLLER COASTER RIDE’
Ani Boy, ang experience ay parang “roller coaster ride. She smiled, then wept, then laughed.”
Ginanap ang interview sa isa sa mga studios sa loob ng ABS-CBN bago magtungo si KC sa Japan kung saan may show ang mga Kapamilya talents, kabilang si Piolo.
“It was very quiet on the set. The atmosphere wasn’t tense, but there was a nervous air. Nobody knew what was going to happen. I felt jittery myself. I didn’t know where to start.”
Dagdag ng host: “Prior to the interview, the writers [of the show] had asked KC if she wanted to read our prepared questions. She said no. She spoke what was in her heart, but made sure not to destroy other people’s lives. She was very careful.”
Ito ang rason kung bakit humihinto si Kc bago sumagot. “She was struggling to say the right words, cognizant of the repercussion. In the middle of her anger and pain, there was prudence. I was impressed by that.”— Inquirer
