LALONG naging blooming ang sikat na cosplayer at content creator na si Alodia Gosiengfiao-Quimbo ngayong ipinagbubuntis niya ang first baby nila ng non-showbiz husband na si Christopher.
Recently lamang, nagkaroon ng premiere night ang upcoming movie na “Friendly Fire” mula sa direksyon ni Mikhail Red at pinagbibidahan nina Loisa Andalio, Coleen Garcia, Yves Flores, Jan Bautista, Harvey Silverio at Bob Jbeili.
Present halos lahat ng cast members, pati na rin mismo si Alodia na may special participation sa pelikula.
Very supportive din ang kanyang mister dahil kasa-kasama niya rin ito sa event.

Habang hindi pa nagsisimula ang special screening, nilapitan ng BANDERA at ng ilang entertainment press ang cosplayer upang kamustahin ang kanyang pregnancy journey.
Masayang ibinalita ni Alodia na malapit na siyang manganak at super excited na siya para rito dahil makakapiling na niya ang kanyang panganay.
Inamin din niya na very challenging at marami siyang ginagawang paghahanda bilang first time mom.
“Actually, I’m very surprised since it’s a challenge talaga na parang before I thought na parang smooth sailing, but it’s not kasi it’s a lot of work, a lot of preparation and now super talagang [may] high respect ako to every moms out there,” sey niya sa amin.
Anyway, bilang may special appearance nga si Alodia sa “Friendly Fire” movie, sinabi niya na nakaka-relate siya sa istorya nito lalo na’t may kinalaman ito sa mundo ng esports.
“I’m really humbled to be here kasi this has been my whole world and I’m just really happy, and thankful and blessed na other people also appreciate,” sambit niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “There’s a lot of inspiration from, like, my journey as a gamer in this industry so it’s really legit…I really hope na ma-enjoy ng mga tao and to see this side na nangyayari actually dito sa Philippines.”
Bukod sa esports industry, ibinabandera rin sa pelikula ang women empowerment, kahalagahan ng pamilya pati na rin ang pagkakaibigan.

Sonya recruits Hazel to train as a pro gamer, aiming to elevate Philippine esports to the global stage.”
Mapapanood ang bagong movie sa mga lokal na sinehan simula October 23.
