“So I checked my bag immediately and it was too late. the zipper was opened… they had stolen my wallet,” saad ng Korean footballer.

Pagpapatuloy ni Yi Young, “They were moving further away but still visible to me. They suddenly dispersed in three groups in different directions. So I could only chase one group. I caught up with a group and asked for my wallet back. They started making loud noises, asking me if I was crazy.”

“I kept chasing. When we reached a place with few people, one of the accomplices told to another ‘just give his wallet back and let’s leave’ and I got my wallet back. After checking all the IDs and cards in my wallet, I started taking videos to leave evidence. Unfortunately, I was not able to check my cash inside of my wallet at that time, so some cash is still missing…” kwento pa ni Yi Young.

“I hope that you all remain alert and careful that something like this never happens again. I got my wallet back and I’m safe. Thank you guys!! Be safe and aware of it,” sey ni Yi Young.

“I don’t blame Philippines, this could happen anywhere in the world. I just hope that we learned something from this incident and will reduce the number of other victims. I still love Philippines, don’t worry,” sabi pa ni Yi Young.

“You are right. This can happen anywhere. Please be careful. You are right this should serve as a warning to some people/tourists too to be extra careful with their belongings,” saad ng isang netizen.

Comment naman ng isa, “BGC is not safe unlike before. Thieves are drawn to this. Their assumption was that most individuals in BGC possess wealth or bring a significant amount of cash with them. Keep safe, bro.”

“so sorry this happened to you! but also, good thing you know how to react quickly so you can inform others. take care always!” hirit pa ng isa.
