Kate Middleton na-diagnose ng cancer, sumasailalim na sa chemotherapy

MATAPOS ang successful na abdominal surgery, na-diagnose ng cancer ang Princess of Wales ng Britain na si Kate Middleton.
Ito ang ibinunyag mismo ng prinsesa sa isang video message kamakailan lang.
Kung matatandaan, noong January lamang nang operahan si Kate para sa isang “unspecified but non-cancerous condition.”
Sa nasabing video, nag-open up siya sa publiko kung ano talaga ang pinagdadaanan niya ngayon sa kalusugan, pero tiniyak naman niya na bumubuti ang kanyang pakiramdam.
“My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment,” sey ni Kate.

Kwento pa niya, “This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.”
“It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok,” dagdag ng prinsesa.
Chika niya, “As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body, and spirits.”

Nagsimula ang preventive chemotherapy ng royal member noong nakaraang buwan.
Huling nakita sa publiko ang prinsesa noon pang Pasko nang naki-join siya sa ilang miyembro ng royal family para sa isang church service.
Para sa mga hindi aware, si Kate ang kauna-unahang “commoner” o ordinaryong tao na ikinasal sa isang prinsipe na malapit sa trono sa loob ng mahigit 350 years.
Taong 2011 nang ikinasal sila ni Prince William at mula niyan, si Kate ang isa sa most popular royals.
