NAGING bukas ang social media personality at dyowa ni James Reid na si Issa Pressman ukol sa pinagdaraanang depression.

Sa pamamagitan ng isang Instagram post, ibinahagi ng dalaga ay ikinuwento nito kung ano ang mga bagay na kanyang ginagawa upang makawala sa sitwasyong kinakaharap ng halos isang taon na.

“From almost a year of battling depression, I’ve been going through a couple of beautiful months of continuous healing. Tonight was a new found form of therapy,” saas ni Issa.

Kalakip nito ang video niya kung saan makikita siyang nagsasayaw.

Amin ni Issa, isang taon rin niyang hindi nagawa ang hilig niya na pagsasayaw at pagkanta dahil sa kanyang mental health struggles.

“I had no energy, no confidence, no self belief for reasons and traumas I have yet to share when I am ready (with means to educate and inspire), aniya.

Ngunit para kay Issa, ang importante ngayon ay nagiging mas maayos na ang kanyang lagay.

“[My] energy is recharged and inspired, my confidence is coming back, and I’m believing again that the world is full of love,” sey pa niya.

Nais raw muli ni Issa na kumunektang muli sa kanyang sarili, ang taong “knew art with all [her] heart, with no voices or judgments on whether [she] did good or bad—through dance”.

Gusto lang raw ni Issa na maging malaya at maging masaya para mahanap ang kanyang sarili.

“If you improve your relationship with yourself, you improve your relationship with the world,” giit pa niya.
