Sarah nagsalita na isyu sa kanila ng G-Force: ‘I wanted them to be there to celebrate my 20 years with me…baka maiyak ako’

PINASALAMATAN ng Popstar Royalty na si Sarah Geronimo ang grupong G-Force pati na ang leader at founder nitong si Teacher Georcelle Dapat-Sy.
Ito’y sa gitna ng mga intriga tungkol sa hindi pagkakasali ng naturang dance group sa 20th anniversary concert ni Sarah G na ginanap sa Araneta Coliseum last Friday, May 12.
Naging malaking issue sa mga Popsters at sa mga sumusubaybay sa career at personal life ng actress-singer at TV host ang napabalitang “breakup” nila ng G-Force makalipas ang 16 years na pagsasama on stage.
Sa panayam ng ABS-CBN entertainment reporter na si Mario Dumaual, sinabi ni Sarah na malaking bahagi ng kanyang showbiz career ang grupo ni Teacher Georcelle na nakasama niya sa napakahabang panahon.

“Gusto ko lang pong i-express ‘yung aking pasasalamat sa bawat isa po na naging bahagi nitong aking 20th anniversary concert,” ang simulang pahayag ng wifey ni Matteo Guidicelli sa nasabing interview.
Kabilang sa mga in-acknowledge niya ang kanilang direktor na si Paolo Valenciano ang buong production department, pati na ang kanyang mga dancers.
“Sa music department, maraming salamat. To all the amazing dancers na nakatrabaho ko po, grabe ‘yung hard work nilang lahat. Medyo kulang po kami sa preparation but still…dapat one year preparation.

At nang matanong nga tungkol sa G-Force na hindi nag-perform sa kanyang concert, “Siyempre malaking bagay po sila ng career ko, and it would have been more magical if they were there. So, I wanted them to be there to celebrate my 20 years with me. Baka maiyak ako.”
Nauna rito, nagpaliwanag din si Teacher Georcelle tungkol sa isyu ng kanyang grupo at ni Sarah G, “We’ve been training her and G-Force have been dancing with her for 16 years. She’s looking for growth as an artist and as a person. She wants to try other things.

“There were artistic differences and I wanna support her as she embarks on this new chapter even if it means stepping out for a while,” ang mensahe ni Georcelle kay Ogie Diaz.
“Mama Ogs, I did everything out of love and respect for her as an artist and a friend. Parang love team kami for 16 years, but this year gusto niya to try other things.
“This process was painful for G-Force. Most of them cried, especially the choreographers who have been training hard to bring out the best in her. It’s like a break up,” ang bahagi pa ng pahayag ni Georcelle na ipinadala niya kay Papa O.
Patuloy pa niyang paliwanag, “SG wants something else, I want her to exercise that artistic freedom. But it’s also my right to exercise my artistic freedom. I had to pull out two months ago in March.
“Of course my team will always understand and respect my decision. This is me encouraging SG to experience that creative freedom and to be the ultimate decision maker in producing and directing her 20th anniversary concert,” paliwanag pa ni Teacher Georcelle.
