MULI na namang usap-usapan ang singer-actor na si Janno Gibbs sa social media matapos ang kanyang “confidential” post.
Sa kanyang Instagram account ay makikita ang isang photo card na naglalaman ng kanyang “confidential” hugot.
“‘Pag nag-withdraw ako ng 100K sa bangko at tinanong ako ni misis, ‘para saan yan?’ at sinagot ko ng ‘confidential’ basag ang mukha ko,” pabirong saad ni Janno.
Wala naman nang ibang binanggit ang komedyante sa kanyang post pero marami sa mga netizens ang iniugnay ito sa politika.
“HAHAHAHAHA SANA ALL MALAKI ANG BUDGET, SIR JANNO NO!” comment ng isang netizen.
Saad naman ng isa, “Para mas professional, ang dating ‘secret’ ngayon ‘confidential’ na ang term. this is politics and is only in the Philippines.”
“Ok lng po yan Sir Janno may nakaabang nmn na chopper after mag withdraw ng confidential si mister,” hirit naman ng isa pa.
Matatandaang nag-trending ang salitang “confidential” matapos lumabas ang P150 million confidential fund ng Department of Education at P500 million confidential funds naman ng Office of the Vice President na nasa ilalim ng pamumuno ni VP Sara Duterte.
Nagpaliwanag naman ang bise presidente sa House appropriations committee budget briefing noong Miyerkules, Setyembre 14.
“The OVP and the DepEd are two separate entities. They are two separate departments of the government. And they have separate mandates as well,” saad ni VP Sara.
Dagdag pa niya, “The success of a project, activity or program really depends on very good intelligence and surveillance because you want to target specific issues and challenges.”
Maaari rin daw na magamit ng DepEd ang pondo para solusyunan ang problema sa karahasan gaya ng sexual abuse, graft, corruption, illegal drugs, insurgency, terrorism, child labor, at iba pa.
Nitong Lunes, Setyembre 19, naglabas ng pahayag ang DepEd ukol sa confidential fund.
Ayon sa DepEd, “Confidential expenses are allowed for all civilian offices, including the Department of Education. This has solid legal basis as provided under [Department of Budget and Management] Joint Circular 2015-01.”
Dagdag pa ng ahensiya, “The threats to the learning environment, safety, and security of DepEd personnel are interlocking with the mandate of support to the national security of civilian offices.”
