“He’s super mysterious and so quiet. And iyon nga like what I said he comes off as a suplado so medyo parang takot kami sa kanya.
“Not naman na I tried to avoid having a conversation with him but you know I said to myself parang what we gonna talk about? I’m just gonna be with my friends, with Ate Ruby (Rodriguez), Wally (Bayola),” chika ni Pauleen.
“We respect him as our superior and I don’t think I need to talk with him. So when we started to talk, it’s kinda stressful,” diin ng TV host.
“We started off as friends. Labas kami, group kami. Friends talaga. And then after a while I realized ‘Aba, okay pala siya.’
“I mean he’s very simple. He wasn’t the guy that I expected him to be na parang medyo intimidating. Okay pala siya. He’s very easy, madaling sakyan.
“As a matter of fact, ang tawag niya pa noong una sa akin ‘Brad, kamusta na?’ Friendly lang talaga. I guessed we realized that we had a lot of things in common. Hindi pala siya artista kumbaga. And then we got along very well,” kuwento pa niya.
And the rest, as they always say, is history na nga.
Nag-celebrate last Jan. 30, 2022 sina Pauleen at Vic ng kanilang 6th wedding anniversary. Mensahe ng aktres sa asawa, “Six years ago, I married the man I love the most,” the actress-host wrote in an IG post, talking about the struggles they encountered at the beginning.
“The start of our relationship was very challenging. A lot of people didn’t want us to succeed. People who knew so little about you and me.
“So, just like with a lot of things in my life, this part I’ve surrendered to God. And boy, He had plans for us! At that time when we thought everything was lost, He turned it around. He made it possible. He made it happen.
“God couldn’t have chosen a better husband for me.
“Thank you for loving me, for letting me be myself, for looking out for me, for giving me a sense of security, for always making me laugh, and most of all, for giving me so much respect. I know you’re not good with your words but I feel you. Happy sixth anniversary, my love! I LOVE YOU!” madamdamin pang pahayag ni Pauleen.
