Ayon sa Kapuso star, “No one is perfect, don’t fall for this illusion. We tend to relentlessly strive toward the concept of plain black and WHITE, RIGHT and wrong, left and RIGHT.”

“We are all human. We make mistakes. We sin. Our sins don’t make us less as a person — it humanizes us in all forms.

“We cannot avoid it entirely and we are all going to fall for it at times. But, the GOOD news is we can all be redeemed,” diin pa ng asawa ng chef-entrepreneur na si Perry Choi.

Sey pa ni Kris, ang pinakamahalaga naman ay, “we all learn the difference between good and evil and experience joy, growth and become better.

“Strive to do GOOD! Remember, whatever word or action you send to the universe, you’ll receive it back,” aniya pa.

“Let me talk about the things that I value – societal beauty standards. Do you hate your body or do you hate the social meaning given to your body that has resulted in people treating you in a harmful way?”

“No, I’m not ugly. I’m just not the beauty standard! Body shaming – fat and skinny shaming – social media has brought it to an all-time high!

“Erase temporary societal beauty standards that play on social security, bad conscience, low self-esteem, or contribute to body pressure.

“What some of will call ‘Imperfections’ e.g. cellulites, dark armpits, wrinkles, acne, eye bags, sagging boobs, stretch marks, little fat rolls, bloated tummies, bones and veins popping – I call ‘REALITY,'” aniya pa.

“These so-called imperfections have a lot to say about our lives, experiences, they have a lot to say about all of us, incredible, powerful women who must learn to appreciate every little thing that makes us, ‘SHE,'” dagdag pa ni Kris.
