Aniya sa caption, “Seeing this photo from 10 years ago brings back sooo many memories. Some good ones, some bad ones and definitely lots of embarrassing ones.”
“I used to drink and party a lot when I was younger as a way of coping with the symptoms of my mental health condition.
“I was the biggest people pleaser who did so much for others just because I wanted everyone around me to be happy.
“I kept doing things to please others and seek their approval even if it meant sacrificing my sense of self and authenticity.
“I’ll be honest though—I absolutely have no regrets. I shared some of the best times and craziest memories with some of the best people that I will forever cherish.
“Looking back and facing my traumas actually help me see my progress and value my practice even more,” pagbabalik-tanaw pa ng aktres na muling mapapanood sa upcoming Kapamilya series na “Viral Scandal.”
Mensahe pa ng panganay na anak ng yumaong Master Rapper na si Francis Magalona sa kanyang IG post, “This is me honoring my old self, the one who lacked boundaries, and forgiving her for the decisions she had to make back when she was still mentally unstable. No matter what she did or went through, I will always be proud of her.”
“I play the mayor’s wife here as Audrey Ramones. So kailangan everything’s perfect and I have the perfect daughter Raven (gagampanan ni Kaila Estrada).
“So wala pong makakatalo. So ako yung I want everything to be perfect around me.

“If that happened to any of my friends, siyempre I would be there and I would offer a safe space. I would hold space for them and I would show them that they can be real with me, tell me what they’re feeling and I will be there to understand.
“I will not judge. Because if I can be that kind of person for them, hopefully I can inspire them to do the same for their friends in the future.
“Kumbaga it starts with me. If that happened to me, I would want someone to offer that space for me as well. So if may mangyari man yan sa mga kaibigan ko I will be there, I will not judge, I will be kind,” lahad ni Maxene.
